Mic’d Up: Comics Come Home 29 returns for a roarin’ good time

Via The Wilbur

‘Tis the season to be jolly and philanthropic, and by the hands of Denis Leary, Cam Neely and a revolving door crew of comedy assassins, it’s also the time of year to laugh so loud that the Zakim shakes a little bit.

While the Bruins and Celtics have started off on a bit of a slow foot, the lights will surely shine bright when Leary and co. occupy TD Garden on Saturday (November 8) as they bring Comics Come Home 29 to the legendary confines. Led by an impossibly strong lineup composed of Conan O’BrienSebastian ManiscalcoSarah SilvermanMichelle ButeauRobert Kelly, and Erin Maguire, as well as, of course, Leary and his right hand man Lenny Clarke, the ongoing campaign to kick cancer’s ass by the power vested in the Cam Neely Foundation for Cancer Care rolls on as the longest running comedy fundraiser in the country returns for another night to remember.

Will Coco chug a full bottle of hot sauce and rub the rest on his chest in front of everyone this weekend? Well, the chances are slim — but never zero. So come find out for yourself, and help out a great cause in the process.
