Where’s FELIX!‘s Margiela sponsorship? Because he just gave the French luxury fashion house one hell of a new theme song. The Brockton artist and Van Buren Records member dropped “MARGIELA MADMAN!” earlier this month (July 1), a swanky collab with Compton rapper Buddy. Intentional or not, the song plays like the perfect soundtrack for a strut down the catwalk, with FELIX!’s lighter-than-air flow gliding over a snappy dance beat. The tune follows FELIX!’s May EP CAMP! — which includes the song “NEW MARGIEL FOR THE MADEMOISELLE” — and prior to that, his fall 2024 single “NEW MARGIELA!” So yeah, Margiela is missing a real opportunity if they don’t scoop FELIX! up for some kind of endorsement deal.
