Editor’s Note: Boston Calling is back in action. The 2025 edition popped off on Friday (May 23) despite chilly temps, cloudy skies, and a threat of rain that came to delivered an unavoidable wetness midway through the day. But that didn’t stop the good vibes from spreading throughout the Harvard Athletic Complex, as Boston Calling once again proved why it’s the premier music experience in New England. Brittany Rose Queen was all over the three stages — the Allianz Blue Stage out on the turf and under the Ferris wheel, the homegrown and centrally-located Orange Stage, and the brand-new, 360-degree-rotating Green Stage, a massive forum that held court over the entire grounds with the largest festival video board we have ever seen — capturing the sights that defined the day.
