New Englanders haven’t even had the chance to complain about how warm it is yet, but Stavros Halkias already has us looking forward to the winter, solely based on the fact that he’s dropping anchor in Boston again.
As announced earlier this week, Halkias will be making his way back to the city with one night at The Wilbur on December 13, as part of the second leg of his Dreamboat tour. It will mark the first time the Baltimore native has been back in the city since he sold out a slew of shows at The Wilbur during his highly successful Fat Rascal tour in 2023. It was also in 2023 that his first hour-long Netflix special of the same name premiered.
Since then, Halkias has gone on to fill a number of on-screen roles, co-starring in the hit Netflix comedy series Tires, while also serving as a guest during the inaugural run of John Mulaney’s Everybody’s in LA during the 2024 Netflix is a Joke Fest. Additionally, and perhaps most significantly, Halkias also co-wrote and starred as the main character in the 2024 independent comedy film, Let’s Start a Cult.
Also keeping The Wilbur warm during the chillier months will be Maz Jobrani, who returns on October 3, while Jonathan Van Ness brings their Hot & Healed tour to The Wilbur on November 22.
Tickets for these shows can be accessed via The Regulars pre-sale starting today (April 30) at 10 a.m. ET, before venue pre-sale can be accessed starting on Thursday (May 1) by using the code VANYA. General on-sale begins Friday (May 2) at 10 a.m. ET.
