We’ve all seen Andrew Callaghan hit a velocity in his career that truly embodies “all gas, no brakes,” but now he’s coming back to the area like a bat out of hell, with a carnival of his own in tow.
As announced earlier this week, the critically-acclaimed journalist and filmmaker will be bringing his All Gas No Brakes x Channel 5 Carnival to Medford’s Chevalier Theatre on October 11. The new date is part of a large-scale tour that will take Callaghan to different parts of the country to showcase the quintessential Channel 5 oddity that has taken the journalism world by storm over the past few years. Joined by comedians, musicians, participants of a talent show, and a “forbidden video screening” to boot, Callaghan’s return to Medford is sure to be one that will not be forgotten any time soon.
Over at The Wilbur, Trevor Wallace brings his upcoming Alpha Beta Male tour to the legendary venue for one night in 2026 on March 21. In addition to growing his stand-up audience with live shows all over the country, Wallace also continues to host his podcast Stiff Socks alongside fellow comedian Michael Blaustein, in addition to most recently releasing his first hour-long special, Pterodactyl, on Amazon Prime Video in 2024.
Additionally, Janeane Garofalo will be sticking around for a few more hours with a new 10 p.m. show added to her stop when she makes her way to Somerville’s Armory on November 13.
Tickets for these shows can be accessed now via the Regulars pre-sale before venue pre-sales scan be accessed starting on Thursday (August 7) at 10 a.m. ET by using the code VANYA. General on-sale starts on Friday (August 8) at 10 a.m. ET.
