While Alex Edelman will have his hands full this fall with the spin-off of one of the most successful shows in TV history, that doesn’t mean he won’t be checking off any other milestones in his stand-up career. In fact, he has one planned on home turf.

As announced earlier this week, the Brookline native and critically-acclaimed comedian will be making his Wilbur headlining debut as he brings his latest show, What Are You Going To Do? to the legendary venue on October 18. The highly-anticipated welcome home comes after a two-year stretch during which Edelman racked up accolades and a plethora of praise for his smash-hit one man show, Just For Us, which landed on HBO in 2024 and was immediately regarded as one of the must-see specials of the year. Since then, Edelman has also taken on a role in The Paper, the upcoming Peacock spin-off of The Office, which is set to premiere in September.

Highly acclaimed actor and comedian Mojo Brookzz is riding the momentum of a creatively fruitful year in 2025 right into the new year with one show at The Wilbur on January 11. In addition to a leading role in Tyler Perry’s She’s The People on Netflix, the Chicago native also recently headlined a successful club tour, during which he sold out venues all over the country.

Over at Chevalier Theatre, the Unsubscribe podcast returns to the area for one night on December 12 as part of their Geneva Suggestion tour.

Tickets for these shows can be accessed now via the Regulars presale, before venue presales can be accessed starting on Thursday (August 14) at 10 a.m. ET by using the code VANYA. General on-sale begins on Friday (August 15) at 10 a.m. ET.
